INGREDIENTS:

• 1 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
• 3 Cucumber slices
• 4 Mint leaves
• 1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
• 1 oz Fresh lime juice

Garnish: Mint leaf

Glass: Highball

PREPARATION:

In a shaker, muddle the simple syrup, cucumber and mint. Add vodka and lime juice, and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an additional mint leaf.
